As I get closer to 33 years old, I look back and realize how much I have formed in the last twelve years. There are no two ways about it: your 20 are very important. Work hard to get things right during this decade, and that could benefit you in the future.

I’m not saying impose your will on anyone. If you’re about to turn 21, don’t worry — you still have a part of your youthful life left. I am writing this for you who are just college graduates.

Here are eight things I wish to know myself when I was 21 years old. Use them to build your healthy, easy, and happier decade.

Make exercise a part of your daily life

It is true that if you are in good health then the world can be good too. Exercising regularly for a few years during adolescence brings many lasting positive changes in health. The faster you think, the better your ability to work. Even after puberty, you can keep yourself healthy and energetic with a proper walk.
