Strict Rules to Prevent Employees from Repeatedly Using the Washroom

Recently, a Chinese company has made a unique law for employees. Under which rule the employee can use the bathroom only once in the office, and they will be fined for going to the bathroom a second time.
Chinese company ANPU Electric Science and Technology has announced a policy for its employees to use the bathroom only once during work, and the second time they go to the bathroom, they have to pay a fine of 20¥ Yuan (3$ US).
In notices issued by the ANPU company, and according to leaked info on social media, at least 08 staff members were penalized on December 20 and 21.
The company management says it has enforced the law because employees are slowing down and going to the bathroom to smoke and avoid work. Because employees are very slow at work and we have no solution at the moment, we have implemented this strict rule.
The company added that it was better to enforce the law than to fire employees. Because it is more difficult for us to find another employee.
