According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), there are over 26 million refugees worldwide. This number doesn’t even include the millions of internally displaced people within their own countries, meaning they are not officially recognized as refugees.

The scale of the refugee crisis is vast, and it is essential to understand the issue to develop strategies to address it effectively.
